1.  Use

1.1   By participating in the Survey, You hereby assign to BBH all right, title, ownership, and interest in all of your Survey responses (“Survey Responses”).

1.2   You hereby grant BBH (and its Affiliates) and those acting under its authority consent to:-

(i) Record your image, likeness and/or voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic, or any other medium (together “Recordings”);

(ii) freely use your name, video and audio recordings of You, and other indication of your identity in connection with such Recordings; and

(iii) freely take, edit, alter, copy, enhance, crop, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all Survey Responses and Recordings taken of You to be used in and/or for any lawful materials in any medium, whether now known or hereafter devised (including but not limited to print publications, video, internet, BBH’s social media platform etc.)

1.3   You understand and agree that all such Survey Responses, Recordings and any other materials created in connection with the activities envisaged under this Agreement (excluding your personal information) and all copyright and other rights in such Survey Responses, Recordings and materials shall vest in and become the property of BBH. 

1.4   You agree in so far as it is permitted by law to waive all moral rights in the Survey Responses, Recordings and other materials including the right of attribution (authorship, paternity or similar rights).

1.5   You waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which your materials, name or likeness appears, including written or electronic copy. You release and waive any claims or rights of compensation or ownership regarding such uses, including any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Recordings.
